A source on the set of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here insists reports that Heidi Pratt was hospitalized as a result of being tortured are “untrue.”
“Any accusations that Spencer and Heidi were harmed are untrue,” the source says, and says that while Heidi and Spencer spent 14 hours in the “Lost Chamber” as punishment for quitting the show twice, food was indeed provided.
On Saturday Heidi was rushed to a Costa Rican hospital and her sister-in-law Stephanie Pratt wrote on Twitter, “I’m really saddened to hear that nbc felt it was ok to punish speidi so harshly-and torture them as if they were criminals-and Heidi was…rushed to the hospital and has an IV in her arm after being locked in a dark room for 3 days with no food or water. Pls pray she will be ok.”
“There was no danger, no life-threatening situations - in fact, they were actually protected from the elements, unlike the other contestants. When they came out, they were happy and in good spirits,” the source says.
